Beauty

Beauty is all around us, but sometimes we forget to look.

Seeking and appreciating the beauty in the world, is not only a fulfilling and enjoyable activity, but it can also have beneficial effects to our mental and spiritual wellbeing.

It is easy to overlook or even neglect the beauty in the world. The beauty of nature, the beauty of art, and the beauty of people. It is healthy to sometimes seek out the beauty in the world, and since it is quite easy to fall into patterns of negative thinking, and if we are not careful the world may appear as a dark picture reflecting back the dark contents of our mind. If we are looking for beauty and joy and we can find it within, then there is no problem, however, when we cannot find it within, it would be wise to turn our attention outwards.
